The Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has published a press release about a huge counterfeit case.

During the 151st Session of the European Pharmacopoeia Commission, a number of items were added or deleted from its work programme. The programme sets out the PhEur Commission’s plans as to what texts it intends to revise, elaborate or delete.

The meeting of the Pharmacopoeial Discussion Group (PDG) [European Pharmacopoeia (Ph. Eur.), Japanese Pharmacopoeia (JP), and the United States Pharmacopeia (USP)] was hosted by the by JP in Tokyo, Japan, 30 June - 1 July, 2015. At present, 29 of the 36 General Chapters and 48 of the 62 excipient monographs on the current work programme have been harmonised.
